If Jeffrey doesn't get the tag the Rams should most definitely be in the running for his services. Who knows more about him than his former position coach and our current Passing game coordinator Mike Groh. Furthermore, do you really trust the rams to draft a legit number one receiver with their history? With 66 mil in space rams could give their corners 10 mil each Hayes, Barron, and Mcleod around 5 mil each and still have 30 million in cap space. IMO Jefferey is a splash well worth it if he's available.
