That’s a bummer, Our defense had a severe Jekyll & Hyde vibe this season. Not sure why but adjustments seemed to go out the door this year. The first two years our defense always improved in the second half it seemed... maybe cause our offense was flowing better and we were in a lead? Lots we could analyze about Wades tenure but I liked the guy and am sorry to see him go.

now the scary wait and see anticipation of who might replace him. This could be very good or very bad. Some times it’s not good to get what you ask for.

Loved the Wade hire. However, no matter who the Rams brought in talent wise. Wade's defense never really improved. Outside of that playoff run last year. Wade was a disappointment.

This could lead to some interesting personnel decisions in the front seven. A 3-4 coach should be able to keep guys in similar roles even if Phillip was a bit different in how he uses his players. A 4-3 would be a big overhaul. Some guys just wouldn't fit. I'm guessing 2020 would be a rough transition if they went that route. Maybe 75% they stay with the 3-4?

I dont think its that big of an overhaul to switch at all. Not sure why I see people saying that. Our Line would be easy. LB is the only fix and I think we have one or two guys that will transition well
