Yeah probably gonna be a lot of Lake on Loveland. And I think Lake will handle that well.

The matchup issues will be outside the hash vs our corners. Rush needs to help them out because they're gonna be under the gun.
Yeah, the front four has to be solid. Doesn't have to be dominant, but they need to play smart. Keep him in the pocket. He will throw a few to us tomorrow, the back 7 has to catch them.

I want them to win to just see how they go into Seattle next week and play, as much, if not more, than I want them to get back to the SB. It would be fascinating to see them return to the site that put a huge dent into their season's prospects, and now having the opportunity to right their mistake.

:thumbsup1:

Also and for the record I'll take 6 or more sacks and knocking his ass out of the game early too.

Well...it's certainly not his fault. How many times have we seen McVay sign him but not use him??? He has speed and good hands!!!
Too bad they couldn't have brought in Cooks instead. Not sure what his status was this past summer, if he was available or could have traded a late pick for him. He has looked good in his short time in Buffalo.

I hope the Rams are seeing all the TOs in the Bills/Broncos. BALL SECURITY PLEASE!!!
Yeah, watching this game, we are most likley going to be in a similar game tomorrow. Not looking forward to all the angst and worry...Lol!!

As to your comment... Yep, they have to take care of the ball. That to me is the only reason they should lose. So take care of the rock. Easier said than done.

Question to the ram family. With the possibility of snow in the second half, should the Rams take the ball first if they win the toss? Might be something to ponder.

I honestly think we should take the ball regardless. Set the tone. Let them know we are going to be scoring all night.

I also think the snow accumulation is supposed to be tiny. It might be a dusting. It won’t be like Philly last year.

The Rams defense can't have lapses. Against the shithawks they gave up a long running play for a TD plus the punt return. Against the falcons, the defense gave up a 93 yard TD run. That cannot happen tomorrow. And since Chicago starts slow. it seems to be important to have a 2 score lead at least heading into the second half. Hopefully the Rams will run the ball well and take what they give us. I'm not sure I want to see 25 yard passes downfield when we have 3rd and 1 unless it's a broken coverage and an easy walk in TD.

Just to add, they took the tarp off Friday and there's some accumulation. Sure, it might be gone before kickoff, or it could build up more:

That will 10000% be gone by kickoff. They had a full coating on the field an hour before kickoff last week and by the time the game kicked off there wasn’t a single flurry on the field. The expected accumulation tomorrow is .04 inches.

The game that the Rams really screwed themselves with was that first Niners game. They win that, and even with the Seattle loss, they likley are motivated and beat Atlanta. Then they likley would have won the division based on a better division record and had the 1 seed. Yeah well.

This is the first time I can recall recently where the Rams had a sub par kicking game. We lost to Philly and the Whiners because of FGs that should have been made, plus a missed PAT against the whiners. (Not to mention the punch at Kyren's head that wasn't penalized.

Mevis has been steady, but wouldn't you know it, the one kick he missed all season was against the shithawks and may have cost us the game.
