You don’t like my hyperbole, @OldSchool ?

I think you get the point. I’m not Kyren’s lawyer here. The dude has this Wendell Tyler-like penchant for fumbling in the most destructive ways, at the worst times. My point was people sure are quick to call for a guys head. I bet some of the same guys were marveling at what a clutch player he was earlier in the game.

It’s the same thing with Karty. I’m not sure how much responsibility he bears for the blocked kicks, but now I hear all these know-it-all podcasters calling for us to bring in another kicker. Pure bloodlust, @OldSchool !!

I was probably more pissed at his bad squib kick than the shanked 53 yarder.

That game as a whole was just one bad thing after another. Maybe the worst feeling I’ve had after a Rams -Niners game since walking out of Candlestick in the 1989 NCFCG.
Using a term like bloodlust for a simple disagreement is just going to embolden the people you're disagreeing with and will just escalate the debate. There is absolutely no reason to do something like that since it's very very easy to continue the debate with out flaming the fires. Add to that there simply isn't anything resembling bloodlust going on here so it's pretty foolish to use that term.

You like potato and I like potato
You like tomato and I like tomato
Potato, potahto, tomato, tomahto
Let's call the whole thing off
Seriously these debates always escalate for no reason by a subsection of the forum that back the guy more than the rest for whatever reason. It's not limited to Kyren nor is it limited to the guys circling the wagons around him.

No doubt he is a top 5 rb. But the only thing he's 1st in is the thing we're all pissed off about
Thing is Hes not the only one turning over the ball. Stafford is Bad with Int and is top 10 since 2023. Int is just as bad as a fumble.
Outside of Kyren who has scored on this team? Theres reasons they are going to Kyren. Hes the only one that knows how to score at this point.

Im more pissed at our o'line than I am Kyren by far. They suck! Our RZ percent is 21st in the league.

Fieldgoal blocking is gone and they forgot how.

I love Kyren Williams but I don't think Bill Parcells would put up with those fumbles. In Mcvay I trust though.
Here's the problem that I see. McVay doesn't have many choices.

Corum has stone hands, just had a horrible fumble himself, is not nearly as good in pass pro, and in general has not taken the bull by the horns in showing that he could or should be RB1. Hunter is a rookie.

I don't see a way for McVay to punish KW.

Would you rather have Kyren or Omarion Hampton?

Kyren or Judkins?

Answers will say a lot about how people view Kyren.
Kyren is a distant 3rd.

Kyren's stats are a bit inflated by getting almost every snap, and particularly in scoring situations. He's used like more of a bell cow than almost any other RB in the NFL, despite his smaller stature and lack of explosiveness.

"
Would you rather have Kyren or Omarion Hampton?

Kyren or Judkins?"

Can you answer the question?
well it’s a stupid question, because it has no relevance. I’d rather have tyler Warren than Higbee. So what?
Who would you rather have, Jefferson or Tutu?

Nah. I stand by my word. Actually you using “foolish” might be a bit more over the top. We don’t have to always use blue font around here to be colorful, do we?

Just seems a little sensitive. And I totally respect you over the years, @OldSchool

I see the mixed responses. I get it.
