Yeah, this year there are SO MANY guys who ran sub 4.4
I kinda wonder if the trainers have kinda hacked the 40 a bit and the Rams are savvy to it because even going back to Cooper Kupp, they were already using GPS game data as opposed to timed runs not in pads.
Seeing as the only speed that matters is game speed, we shouldn't have to wonder if a guy's speed "translates"
Thus, if anything, our guys play faster than other teams expect.
I think a LOT of track stars who aren't necessarily at the same talent level as their timed speed got paid and teams are gonna wonder about this draft.
Either that or the NFL is about to get even faster...

Hendo's shorter, heavier, significantly more explosive and has made key plays in winning a Super Bowl.
His health's an issue, obviously, but if he's healthy, he's active and getting snaps.
I like some of what I'm seeing from Kyren.. especially the pass protection stuff and his incredible attitude... I'll root for him.
But he's not explosive at all.
Yeah, both Kupp and Van Jefferson have elite top end speed, but we got 'em because they didn't "time well"... which is about the dumbest reason to not draft a guy... I mean beyond not drafting a WR because of his bench press numbers...
