I felt like Bettis quit on the Rams. I saw them play a couple times before he left the Rams and he wasn't the same as before them. Couldn't stand him after that.I noticed that too.
Warner is the only player I followed and pull for after leaving the Rams. Forever Grateful to #13
On second thought I did pull for Bettis a little.
Mac, this is an excellent observation. He never seemed to figure it out for some reason. And never was this more apparent than when Johnny Wolf hit Cam Akers on a 39 yd bomb up the sideline in his first game.Yes. He passed to the RBs significantly more than Goff.
Goff did so much to like, but he just didn't seem to have a feel for when it was best to just swing it out to the RB for a solid 6 yard gain. Honestly, that may have been one of the weakest parts of his game.
Warner also mentioned playing fast wrt those type throws and I fully agree with him on that. The when is really important as he pointed out.Mac, this is an excellent observation. I almost fell off my couch. This is the kind of play that Goff never made the entire year.
And let us not forget about D. Henderson who is also a big time receiving threat.
Can't wait to see how Matty Staff puts these guys to good use.

Agreed. I am pretty sure he was forcing a lot of those due to being down multiple scores though. He shouldn't need to force as much with a defense like the Rams have. I think he is smart enough to trust the team around him and not try to play hero ball.My big hope is that Stafford can stay in control and not force the ball as was shown in part three.
Going with #2 AlexThere are 2 standard reactions to Warner around here (we won't get into the 3rd one just yet IMO)
1) He's a Rams great we have to listen to him (this is the reaction if you agree with what he said)
2) Fuck that Cardinal loving traitor! (this is the reaction if you disagree with what he said or he mentioned his love for the Cardinals)
