I feel like Adams is about to start that career phase where he starts to miss games with injury and bounces between disappearing and occasionally making a few plays.
Not interested.

I feel like FA will go towards finishing the defense.

We’re going to get a very heavy offense/skill position draft this year. That’s the way to go IMO.

Revisit bringing in a veteran at the trade deadline this fall.
Build a dominant defense with a top FA CB, maybe a ILB, and draft offensive toys to get younger on that side of the ball.

Kupp is such a great Ram and a Hall of Famer I think. Fitz on the Cards stayed 2 or 3 seasons too long and at the end was a shadow of himself. Be a shame to see him go to another team and kind of fade away. Rams can't pay him his current deal with him missing so many games and his diminished skills. Shocking to see him drop 3rd down passes this season that were perfectly thrown.

Seen on another board that Kupp is headed to SD. Of course not confirmed but just thought I'd throw that out here.

I thought that meant South Dakota, at first glance!! :laugh1:
However - not sure what it means? LA Chargers?

Kupp to the chargers

"I just saw this... but it's not verified yet. So misleading headline...

lots of smoke... so my guess is they are going through the details of Kupps awful contract. But, they def need a Kupp to help w that Offense.

Chargers are in same boat we are in, and they are also on the cusp of making it deep in playoffs and making a SB.

If this deal happens, I hope we can grab someone on the Chargers Defense.

I will say this... Snead is a magician at directing the public to somewhere else, not even close to the deal hes actuality working on."

I'm sure it is an emotional decision for these players - which I can say, I didn't think it would be, until it happened to me.... ('cept there was a lot less money involved and few other options!)!!
I worked for what was one of the best hi-tech/computer companies ever and never thought about leaving, until -- while consulting at the client site for about 14 months, our local office relocated and all my stuff was just tossed into an empty cube... management changed and my boss was now a couple of states away... I just felt orphaned...

Never thought about quitting, until that point in time. But, the emotions ran hard!! (and I hired on with the client...). :woozy2:

The Rams end up offering him a restructure or release. No team wants that contract and they don't want to give up picks.

Kupp does his contract over and stays
Make it so! Dime takes a cut for 9.

Chargers have $63M in cap space. So that's $25M more than we have.

Yes sorry. It's hard to call them LA lol
I still refer to them as San Diego too. When the Raiders moved to LA, I always still referred to them as Oakland. They eventually went back. It worked once, maybe it'll work again with the Chargers! :laugh1:

@Loyal often refers to the Rams as the Cleveland Rams.

Jones was a reclamation project at best anyway but young with a good arm and a lot of mobility. Ive read a few different things but this seems the most feasible. Vikings get even another WR2-3 to along with JJ and Addison not even mentioning Hock. I think for the Rams to off load that salary is what it comes down at the end of the day and get picks in return and a possible replacement for Stafford for next year or the year after. Again just my thoughts but seems reasonable. Next thought would be to Washington for a 2nd and a 6th for Kupp and 6th or 7th rounder. Pairing Kupp with scary Terry and JD seems crazy for Washington but realistic. Let me know your thoughts?!
