Yes....thats the advertising roof. They can advertise most anything on it, and it will be the first thing people see when getting ready to Land at LAX.

That video is so smart. The focus for the Rams isn't on old farts llike me...It's not even on the "lost generation"..It's on the kids that now have tjheir own NFL team in Los Angeles/SoCal. It's about taking that trip to the fabled Los Angeles we think of..Go to the Walk of Stars on Hollywood Blvd and Graumans Chinese Theater. Go see Rodeo Dr in Beverly Hills. Go to the Santa Monica Pier. Go to Disneyland, and sure as heck go to the other Disneyland, the Inglewood Stadium/NFL Dreamland.......

Whats funny is that the Rams Organization saw the original "Coming Home" (with Bradford and Clemmens), and used the same idea in promioting the return of the Rams..lol..THIEVES!)

Yep, and if you notice in the beginning, they're over in Asia and then take a trip out to LA. He wants to make the Rams an international brand, like the Yankees, Dodgers, Lakers, Cowboys, etc.

Judging by ROD, the Rams already are an international brand.

They had Joe Banner on Mike & Mike, the former Eagles president. He actually said from a finannicial standpoint, when you consider the amount of money he is paying out of his pocket to the NFL for a relocation fee (over 500 million), paying the complete bill for the LA stadium project (up to 2 billion) which will include some loans, that he would do nearly as well from a bottom line perspective of staying in Stl and getting a stadium built where he would not contribute a significant amount.

Really ? I'd like to see the math that was used to calculate this ? How does anyone even determine what the end date is for this structure, is it 21 years like the Rams occupancy of EJD, now without any team, or is it over 100 years, you know, like the age of the L.A. Coliseum ?

Not sure why his comment bothers you. Half the comments by anyone here are redundant... that's never been an issue before.

Kroenkes(and the NFL) vision is only about making lots of money. Considering recent events, it's kind of a topical issue.

He doesn't care about LA fans, tradition, "coming home" or any of that.
If myself and other fans are going to be subjected to constant reminders of his "vision", don't get all grumpy when we remind you of our reality.
Not grumpy at all and his comment doesn't bother me I find it funny. These constant little jabs at the owner and LA remind me of an article written a couple decades ago by St Louis' own Bernie Miklasz.

The Rams are vanished, headed to the Midwest, and in Southern California they are in the early throes of a hot-blooded tantrum. Some rather vitriolic analysis is coming over the transom as angry journalists and bitter team boosters accuse the Rams of treason and other high crimes.

Georgia Frontiere is being cast as some sort of football version of Ma Barker - a sinister character who hijacked a Brinks truck and singlehandedly caused Orange County to go bankrupt. The woman with a team and no conscience.

I gather that they will not be throwing Georgia a farewell soiree in LA. In Orange County, she is is about as popular as a liberal Democrat pushing a tax increase.

And you know what? I don't care what these people say.

I don't care what Georgia Frontiere did, or did not do, in Orange County - though the record shows that she has owned this franchise for 16 seasons, and it has made the playoffs in eight of those years.

The first day of the rest Frontiere's life began on a glorious Tuesday afternoon in downtown St. Louis, in a jammed, jubilant convention center room that's a long Jerome Bettis touchdown gallop from the rising stadium.

Sorry, this is our party, we deserved it, and sore losers are not invited. We lost a football team seven years ago, and no one felt sorry for St. Louis. As we had our little revival meeting Tuesday, we easily could disregard the caterwauling from the land of milk, honey and dangerous, high-risk investment strategies made by irresponsible government officials.

Orange County defaulted on its team. Get over it. We hear that Mr. Toad's Wild Ride at Disneyland is lovely this time of the year.

As for the Rams and Frontiere, I care only about what happens from this day forward. The Los Angeles Rams are dead. The St. Louis Rams are alive.

This city has been assailed for its alleged indifference for football. Frontiere has been condemned for her alleged indifference for the Rams.

Today, we both start over.

We will judge Frontiere and on how she handles this franchise, this city, and our trust, when the Rams kick off in 1995. …

They seem to be a lot more engaging on social media since the move. Even before today's ticket campaign.

Only thing I ask of Stan K is to make a yearly playoff team and not replicate Jurrah's Cowboys. Popular but shoved down our throats witht a 142-142 record.

I'm assuming it's part of the move, they want to engage the new/old fanbase now... Although I hope they take a page from the Kings social media team, those guys are the best in my opinion, the first to bring personality to a team's social media.

Some new photos that I havent see yet in here. Cant believe the team I have loved for 40+ years will be playing in the best stadium in the entire league. LOVE seeing the Rams logo in the end zone, finally. Question: thought the roof was going to have the capability to beam an image like a digital billboard. Is that still happening? Would be super cool to have the Rams logo beaming up as you fly by.

The beginning of my fandom centered around my intense desire, as a four year old in 1971, to get a complete Rams uniform(with helmet) for Christmas. I got it and the rest is history.
I got one of those for Christmas back in 67. Blue and whites with cheesy lint pads. But I loved it.

For me it was 1973 being 7 years of age and getting Ram Pajamas from the sears catalog including robe...In fact, that the last time I remember ever donning pajamas.

The one I got was a full uniform with pads and helmet. I promptly went out to my stucco wall and rammed the helmet into the wall so it would look like the real thing. I have to admit to sleeping in it more than once. But I was five so...

Thank you. You apparently got to him before I could rebut his post, as it and he quickly dissolved into the ether ...
I'm getting tired of the cheap shots at Stan and KD. I get that the St Louis fans are pissed. I don't blame them. But we are not going to let it slide no matter how much we can empathize.

Very impressive digs. I like the way the field is sunk in relation to the surrounding area. And it looks like it will be so bright. Quite a contrast to the ED.

I like the Barry Redden sighting at the beginning

The Coliseum has grass right?
So we play 3 years in grass then go back to turf?
