Its so tiring to read news these days. The Chargers arent showing interest in him, they have 3 QB on their roster already. Lynn's comments came after he said, if they had a need, he would fit what they do.
So many mistruths get regurgitated as well. I have never seen a confirmed report of any contract Kaep turned down, or any confirmed statement to the effect of what his demands were/are.
And like the "Rams inquire about Brett Favre" nonsense a couple years ago, when both sides said a comment was said and taken as a joke, so was Kaep's tongue and cheek response about the AAF & XFL and "demanding" 20 mill
I've always thought he was better than most of the backups, but also cant think of a QB who lead his team to a SB and NFC Championship game in back to back years just take a league minimum salary to hold a clipboard.

He was mediocre at best and probably less than that before HE opted to leave the Niners. After the few years he's been gone, he certainly isn't better than that. But sure....Let that hot piece of garbage have a legit try out if he can show up. I think he had a tryout last year and he faked out a group of NFL representatives by switching venues and wanted a different receiver(s), and they cancelled it.
He doesn't really want a tryout, cuz that Nike victim money is just too good.
