Dogfish Head Sea Quench Ale. One of my favorite beers!!
Sea Quench and watching the Rams win in person sitting 11 rows behind their bench…so cool.
Out of curiosity, how much did that can cost at the stadium?
wasnt cheap maybe $14-15

It was all my fault. If I was worth half my salt I should have seen............

..........they just had a little three-deep fire zone, brought the nickel off the edge, safety dropped down. They didn't look like they were doing a replacement fire zone, so I knew with the back away we were going to get three pushing through. I had the opportunity to kinda run in there, that if I could beat my guy, I just had to beat the safety to the end zone.............

..............so therefore the entire system melted down.

I will try better next time.

And I know you have a choice in air travel, thank you for flying Southwest Airlines! We are all fucking exhausted.
They did give me a $500 voucher for my troubles, plus the cancelled return flight credit so I guess could be worse.

...Flying is still a miracle and as an industry we do so well that people expect the delicate time machine to always be on time. At times I marvel not only we are on time or early, we are doing this within a month of being on schedule.

There has never been a more challenging time in my 42 years of commercial aviation. Crazy complicated business.
This reminds me of a conversation I had with our CEO on a plane where he stated he is stunned by some of the medical advances over the past few decades. He commented how we take this for granted.

"Yeah", I said, "but the fact that we're flying from NY to LA at 40K feet and will be there in just a few hours AND IT IS EXPECTED, and HAPPENS ALL DAY EVERY DAY is the thing I try not to take for granted."

Keep up the good work SWAdude!

Let's face it. Travel is just one big pain in the ass these days. I don't think there's a single airline that is immune to it.

Funny thing is that we took my cousin to the train station a few weeks ago. The train showed up on time ( a rarity on the west coast). We got there just in time. He stepped right on, no ID check, no baggage xray, and away they went.
