I suspect he is going to keep buying up Hidden Hills Mansions until he has at least 5 in the area, so that he can give 1 to each of his children when the times comes, to keep his family close by as he ages, while still allowing them to all have their own space and not feel like they are living on top of each other. I am hoping to do similar, on a much, much, much smaller scale.
