Honestly though, I think mostly everyone deserves to get in the Hall. I don't know how the committee selects just 5 players. Can't there be up to 8 enshrined in one class?

The issue there though is who was Jones' competition? A 1st balloter with weaker competition is not necessarily better or more honored than a later inductee with stronger competition.
