Ugly time, if I recall they (the media) then dug up racist tweets by Jourdan. Always an adventure when the media is involved.
Jourdan knows her football and asks as good of questions as any and better than most
I don't recall that stuff but either way it's great to have her covering the Rams. She works really hard which I always appreciate, in fact I can't recall reading one article by her where I felt she put up a lazy/regurgitated type product. Also she badgers the team and front office (I am sure) and gets good information from them. That's also something that many reporters don't have the energy or determination to do.

Still miss Vinny as well to be honest but we are lucky to have her.

I subscribe to The Athletic mainly for her writing. She does a great job.

Yep - Lamar Jackson at his best.

Hudley looked good running there offense against Green Bay.Cameback to have Harbaugh go for 2 ? Never a big fan of going for it when you still have OT. The rule also is you go for it on the road.

There was actually a really cool piece on this. I feel like I saw it on Pat Macaffee but Harbaugh is micd for the whole last sequence.

Really cool too see him communicating with his players through out the whole process.

I subscribed specifically due to her writing. She is incredible.

I tell my Panthers fan buddy all the time that he missed out on her while she was with Panthers.

I went to that Mon night Raven game. We were navigating traffic pretty aggressively to try and get there on time but arrived a little late. Walking into the game it had started and by the time we got to our seats I think it was 14 - 0. That is the least competitive I have ever seen this team in the McV era. We left early, I should have stayed home.
I was at that MNF v Ravens as well.

We flew in from the UK for the weekend and caught the USC v UCLA game on Saturday as well.

Great weekend shame about The Rams

Thanks - will try to find it.

Wonder your thoughts on his decision. If they would have beat GB
things for the bye week would be a little crazier.

Jourdan is smart with a sense of humor. She is not beautiful, but she IS cute in ways that goes beyond just looks. She truly loves football and it’s apparent. She gets me all hot and bothered when she starts talking about the STAR position or in depth analysis of the swift refrigerator with legs (Greg Gaines.). Or any football subject… It’s like how a wife gets turned on when hubby washes the dishes or vacuums or takes out the trash without being asked…

”Oh Jourdan, you‘re gonna talk about a hybrid 4-3? Oooh…That just makes me wanna do stuff…”

All of what he said. If she had the football acumen of, say, Kimberly Martin... She's be a 6 at best. But her big, beautiful football brain makes her a solid 8.

That girl knows more about football than 90+% of the internet "journalists" (ahem, JE, etc) out there.

Seriously though. She's smart, has a great smile, a quick whit, would no doubt be as comfortable at a high end function as sitting around a campfire.... You can have the glamor waif. I'll take a girl like Jordan.

We’ll all take Jordan as an excellent Ram Fan & reporter. I think she is The best among all the writers from the past ?
The players love & trust her.She will get insight most won’t.That Ram reporter that was doing player interviews struggled in all phases but heart.I give her credit for the position she was put into.An LA market without knowing her true trade.

Jordan takes her questions to a Higher Level switch makes the other reporters have to step up there game.

Sean Mcvay,Morris, RAMsey & others totally respect her.The eye candy & girl next door type is an extra bonus.

Good post SoRam. and don't forget to take your meds.

A good old beer on New Year’s is sounding good. More onto The Rams Kool-Aide in December.Thankfully they haven’t caused me to drink this month.

We all love Jordan, I can only imagine how many purposes she gets daily. I love Jordan's analogy on Greg Gaines, IMO, the Rams lack a physical Safety, but hopefully, they will continue to improve week over week.

She says Greg FREAKING Gaines. Then goes into being like a Keg rolling down the hill. Bringing up if you have ever seen what that looks like. I haven’t really seen much of her,but her interviews & questions are top notch.
I know a couple posters share her articles on the athletic which I don’t subscribe to.They are insightful & like my dad use to say when he got caught with a playboy Mag. I read it for the articles. Maybe it was the Old Sports Illustrated.Just all mixed up in the collection.

Jourdan is great. I greatly enjoy her work. Her knowledge of the game is excellent. I was originally somewhat sceptical of a female reporter. But I will never be again. Boy, was I wrong. Jourdan makes it absolutely clear beyond any doubt that a female can cover sports just as well as anyone - or even better! Hopefully, she covers the Rams for years to come.
