Garrapolo gonna get injured no matter what you put in front of him. And does it matter in a bridge year?

Stafford on the other hand... though I could see taking a shot on a Ronnie Staley who's only got 1-2 years left too and pairing him with Stafford on the same timeline. Jourdan said as much.

Staley being healthy last year was by far the better tackle than Jackson.
So basically spend more money on Staley who is a significantly higher injury risk?

I think there's a scenario where Staley gets less than Jackson on a shorter contract with someone due to age and injury history.

But when healthy, the superior tackle.

Shorter contract for sure but if he's truly the best LT on the market when healthy, I doubt it will be less expensive on the per year amount.

I think he was above average last year but not dominant. Hope he gets back to it.
I think he was average.
He had good moments certainly. But, a lot of bad ones as well. Often badly beaten in pass pro by a quick first step. His run game blocking came back as time went on.
I have no worries with Avila however. I think he is loaded with talent and is a freak at his size with his movement skills.
I think he will be back to his dominating standard next year.
