I hope that they are able to keep and he signs an extension. I'm doubtful though, thinking someone throws a lot of money at him. He's a good player that plays with a lot of energy.

Is it possible they are trying to groom Ray Ray as not only depth, but also a potential replacement for Dunbar if he leaves. Just my thinking for the switch from safety. Of course this won't matter if he is cut, but if he isn't, it is a thought at least.

His 40 times - 4.69 and 4.72 seconds - don't really scream safety at the NFL level, but as an outside linebacker they aren't bad.

I think that's the reason he was moved to LB.
