Lots of interesting posts and view points which helps give lots of insight. I really like the one of Tru is tied for most INT's since he's been drafted.

Please don't get me wrong I'm not JJ bashing by any means but with the game on the line for last drive with our D on the field I'd rather have Tru guarding their #1 not JJ.

I'd love to retain both but I'd rather save the money and let JJ go after he gets Finnegan money. Tru and Gaines will be fine while the Frisbee Dog and Roberson take on the slots. The money difference we save from letting JJ could be the difference from bringing Barron back or getting a average QB in here to run this offense.

Tru has trouble vs faster cbs. While jenkins covers both Tall and fast receivers. Aj Green the only receiver that gave Jenkins problems. Also Gaines is a unknown right now. That was a pretty bad injury. Tru got most of his picks covering #2 receivers. If we dont resign Jenkins we drafting CB early

I have posted this often ......I am very weary of the thought that CB EJ Gaines will be the effective player in 2016 that Gaines was before pre injury surgery. I consider that thinking very very wishful and could be foolish.

Now to answer the question....Both but JJ is the overall better talent by a decent amount. But at the same time I not letting Trumaine departing with out a great fight either. Both of these DB's are our top two play-makers. Keeping both will require some serious thought @ wasteful overpaid Rams in other units where those salaries do not match the Rams updated & future performances & needs. As we all know nothing is as easy as pick one or the other.

Current Ram players who are under large out of order 2016 contracts vs on field performance i.e Jared Cook, Rodger Saffold, Chris Long, JL, Kenny Britt & Nick Foles must be considered & looked at from the position that all of them are must sacrifice elements in order to benefit at keeping both the above mentioned starting young veteran CB's. Hard hard heartfelt :love:decisions must be made. But I want to win more than I want to just feel good about keeping some of my older favorite Rams.:bueller:

If they were smart, they would stay with the Rams, with each getting his fair share. I want them both back.
