RIP John Robinson. I remember you well. You sure could build a really good run game. I also remember a quote of yours. "I don't want my quarterback to lead the league in yards. But I do want him to lead the league in touchdowns". Good advice. Means you had a good run game.

I remember his quote about practice, talking about what the practices were like before they had Everett & Zampeze in regards to their bad passing game.

"Used to be our practices were a success if we didnt lose any footballs..."

I was too young when he was the coach of the Rams, but I have heard great things about Coach. Successful coach on all levels.

I was so excited when JAR came from USC to coach our Rams. He always seemed like a good guy as well as being a very good coach. Next to McVay, he was my favorite Rams coach. Yes. Even more so than Vermeil. RIP Coach.
