I know I am in the vast minority in saying this (queue the rocks and torches ) but I usually found Thomas to be pretty objective.

Whether he has sources or not, he's covered this team for a very long time, and he's been right more than he's been wrong - even if his assessment isn't very glowing.

Every year, we read his chats and poke holes in the negatives... then, at the end of the year, if you look back, much of what he wrote came to fruition (sadly).

So... here we are in 2016 reading the chats again and critiquing as we want. It's our prerogative.

I just hope he's dead wrong on a lot of what he's writing for 2016.

Always thought JT was a reporter not a columnist like Bernie. A reporter reports the news, a columnist gives his opinion about the news. If that is true, then he's not doing his job. JT went off the rails after being shut out of the Sam Bradford trade. The relocation thing sent him off the deep end. Now everything is a slanted opinion based on his experiences with the Rams organization.

That said, for the most part it appears he's been making more of an attempt to be even-handed except when it comes to Kroenke and Fisher. But his main constituency is readers of a St. Louis based paper and website, so he has to appeal to them which is understandable. I bet he's holding back his true venom, which is admirable.

Does he have inside information on the Rams? I doubt it.

Me? I'm only in it for the gifs.
