As much as I cling to the hope of Austin and Quick panning out, there's still the scheme to take into account. This isn't, wasn't, won't be a verticle offense. Spending picks on Austin, Quick and maybe even Bailey could have justifiably gone to other positions. Was that a miscalculation on the part of the front office? Perhaps.

They've been swinging for the fences though, so I hope they continue to give 'em hell in the draft. Make moves and trust your board, Snead. I give it two thumbs up so far.
