Why? That is totally a possibility, and I'd love Lemon if he's there.I'm gonna laugh pretty hard when our draft pick is Lemon.
Forbes is under contract for this year; his fifth-year option slid to 2027, and he’s still quite cheap. This means Forbes is gone, as his fifth year option is $12+M. No way they pay that along with the Watson and McDuffie salaries. For #13 if they don't move up for Love or Styles, then take Sadiq before Philly or SF take him. Get a pure speed guy later.
Cause a ton of board members don't like him. Why? That is totally a possibility, and I'd love Lemon if he's there.
Right now he's your boundary in dime.Forbes is under contract for this year; his fifth-year option slid to 2027, and he’s still quite cheap.
We’ll see him compete for snaps, maybe be the outside corner while McDuffie moves inside the slot on certain downs.
Think base nickel formation (no STAR), again, with McDuffie sliding into the slot/STAR position. He’s a lot more talented than our other corners, and it’s about getting the best players for each formation on the field.Right now he's your boundary in dime.
Man imagine trading up for Sonny Styles and sliding him in the middle. Top defense and offense in the league.
I’m more a fan of Lemon’s overall skillset, potential, and reaching it than I am of Tyson (injuries; if not for them, he’s easy top three overall) and Tate (who isn’t physical or fast enough for my liking; i.e., lacks the potential Lemon has).Cause a ton of board members don't like him.
I'm keeping Lake there till otherwise informed. Currently think McDuffie stays outside in nickel and only moves into slot (along with Lake) in dime - which will be played a lot - we were league high in it last year and expect to blow by that this year.Think base nickel formation (no STAR), again, with McDuffie sliding into the slot/STAR position. He’s a lot more talented than our other corners, and it’s about getting the best players for each formation on the field.
Don't think $52m was spent to serve as a co-RB1 or RB2ETN is no road block to Love. He's a rb2 and a vet for the rookie to learn from. Most teams want 2 backs and Kamara is nearing the end. Not saying they don't pick something else just saying g he should still be in play.
Meavis will be back.If the Rams could pull that off and sign a receiver like Shaheed that could also be a dangerous return man. Then I would have almost 0 issues at all with the rams team. The only position that’s a little bit unknown would be kicker(Mevis?) and back up QB I guess.

Meavis will be back.
100%.
If we don't fix our last-place ST's unit, nothing we do will matter. We had a team in 2025 that was good enough to win it all, and arguably have been the #1 seed in the NFC. But our horrible ST's play hamstrung this team.
I'm pounding the table for Shaheed.
If that fails, trading down & getting KC Concepcion (sp?).

Rams have the worst special teams unit since 2020
It should be no surprise to learn how bad the Rams' special teams have been since 2020.sports.yahoo.com
