Valid perspective. I have WR high as a potential pick, too.

I'm thinking QB has a good chance of happening because of Jourdan Rodrigue's tweet that the Rams will seriously evaluate QB this year, unlike past years. IMO, she's as dialed in to the Rams' thinking as anyone.

Put her comment with Snead's comment that they want the starting 26 team penciled in by the draft, and I get the sense they want to spend money for this year's team and use the draft for the future.

I don't disagree. And since he's really the only option for the future starting QB, odds are against it happening, but it shouldn't be ruled out as a strong possibility.
 
So we basically have two safeties who can cover at the corners and a pair/trio of solid 'last line of defense' safeties in the defensive backfield? There is gonna be some serious hitting! this upcoming season!!! :fistbump1:

I think a big playmaker is next, either WR or RB. Simpson as the longershot
 
I kinda wanted Alontae Taylor. Only because I thought Watson would be out of our price range. Pretty ecstatic about this. Shows they knew what cost them a shot at another Superbowl and they're addressing it aggressively. I think it reduces the need to draft a corner early. I'm thinking WR. Some good choices should be available at 13. But this also might increase the odds of trading down now that its not as pressing a need as it was before.

ETN is no road block to Love. He's a rb2 and a vet for the rookie to learn from. Most teams want 2 backs and Kamara is nearing the end. Not saying they don't pick something else just saying g he should still be in play.

Maybe and maybe not. The Saints have multiple needs so this signing definitely puts Love being drafted by them as less of a shoe in.
 
Very, very happy with this deal. Go get us a wideout or two and an offensive tackle with our three picks in Days One and Two.
