Yes, yes he is. He's a very versatile WR. Which is why I think it's a very wise choice and he has a minimum of one full contract left of top end play.

Tee Higgins is generally considered a deep threat wide receiver, meaning he is capable of making big plays downfield with his speed and ability to win contested catches on long routes; however, he also possesses the versatility to be effective on intermediate routes, making him a more well-rounded receiver than a pure possession type

We definitely know he can grab even the best CB by the facemask, sling them down and take a 75 yard TD to the house

IIRC, Curl has a player option after this year. I'm sure he loves playing here (as most players do), but if he can go get paid I'm sure he will. Thankfully we are stocked at S now.

DT is not a huge need....depth later in the draft, sure - you see Tyler David contributing and he was a 6th round pick. With Fiske and Turner we would just be looking for a rotational piece to replace Brown anyways.

CB is the biggest need IMO, followed by WR. Not only because Robinson and Atwell are FAs, but we can't really count on both Kupp and Puka to stay healthy all year.

I think a big run stuffer is a need at DT

I would also like to see an upgrade at ILBer but CB appears to be the biggest need.

Curl has a player incentive to void the contract IF he plays 80% of the snaps and has at least 3 interceptions. He has 0 to date so probably won't earn that incentive.

I too see CB followed by WR being the biggest needs. Not only do we need to mitigate against Puka and Kupp injuries, but Kupp is clearly declining. Once that starts, we have no idea when a player's abilities will fall off a cliff.

Our run defense has been pretty good outside of the Eagles game. I don't disagree, it's just not a priority - either a cheap FA or a late draft pick will suffice there IMO

BB3 is a free agent. Galimore is awful. If they don’t sign someone then they need to draft one imo

Well, Davis' snaps have been increasing. This last week he had more snaps than BB3 and Gallimore.

They likely will sign or draft someone to fill out the rotation, but the plan may be that Davis will be the de facto starter.

Totally agree.....it's just not a priority IMO. It'll be someone drafted later as we just need a run stopper

Here is my debate in my mocks I've done with CB and DT.

Both are obvious plugging a proper player our FO and coaching staff think is the best fit but here in lies th eproblem. What is more beneficial? Having a guy like Deone Walker (Kentucky) 6-6 348 or Kenneth Grant (Michigan) 6-3 339 manning the middle to complete our DL or a CB1 Like Revel, Morrision, and a few 2nd day prospects.

I'm very split what direction to go.
I’d say it will be determined by whether or not the Rams re-sign BB3.

Many posters noticed McCullough’s in the preseason games—which is saying a lot because if you were on the field during those games, you were not part of the core roster plan.
He earned his spot and has made the most of his opportunities.

I like players like that and the Rams seem to have a knack for finding those type of players.

BB3 is literally a depth piece and nothing more. Any other answer is wishful thinking.
