First off, I'm not saying I want Jay.

As to the massive contract, I thought the way it would work if he were traded is the Bears would have to pay up on the dead money portion of the contract and the receiving team would only be on the hook for the remaining portion. So for example, if traded after this season they'd be liable for 19.5 million dollars of the contract and the receiving team would owe 88 million over 6 years which is about 14.75 million/yr

I may have this entirely wrong, and I'm certain someone will correct me if so, but that is the way it works in Madden in which I am an expert GM.

Want nothing to do with Cutler. We need a QB who's not a turnover machine and can manage the game well. Maybe make a few plays when neesed, but can't turn the ball over giving away games. Cutler hasn't shown he can do that, there's a good reason he's being benched for JIMMY CLAUSEN.
