Me too. Not sure how it averages out per start, but Cousins has a boatload more career turnovers, and when I ask my brain which QB has been more careless with the ball I think Cousins.

Yeah. And won the last 4 straight for ATL. His QBR and rate were not good, though.
I am actually the opposite on that, I like Garoppolo over Cousins, but I think Garoppolo is looking for more money and I believe Cousins might take less to be with the Rams. Plus Garoppolo is 3 years younger too.
I prefer Jimmy... he's been here with more/better big-game experiences/success. Cousins is a solid backup^2 plan

Well I would take Cousins in his prime over Jimmy but neither are in their prime anymore

The point is imo that Mcvay wants Jimmy G as The Rams starting QB.2025 was a tell.Sean Mcvay wasn’t afraid to roll with Jimmy G & Stetson Bennett.The Rams know they have another season with them both.There is a hand shake agreement with Jimmy G & The (Mcvay)Rams.He is coming back for at least another season.
Cousins is far superior to Garoppolo, mostly due to the fact that he has been getting consistent playing time over the last 3-4 years. That said, he's going to be commanding a shit ton more dollars because hes the better player
Cousins can afford to play the long game here, he's already been paid 10 mill and can sit back and wait for an injury to a starter in pre-season or if a team like Pittsburgh decides to move on from their incumbent QB

It would be awesome to have Cousins, and alternate QBs during games. Cousins to open Stafford to close. Jimmy G at this point is sitting in 3rd, and old man Bennett the IV is out of a job.
