That Daily Flock show made some cuts and edits around the Aaron Donald conversation segment. Peaked my curiosity....

Just watched Chris Long’s YouTube channel, the show that focused on AD. What a great watch with some very cool inside information including having the msn himself, 99, telling some stories. Having him back would be the biggest gift any Rams fan could get. Not that anyone took him for granted but damn what a beast that guy was/is.
We never wanted it to end. So shit yeah, we're greedy, we want him back!!

here's my two cents... take it or leave it i don't give a shit.... it's a redundant repost of
my earlier thoughts on this subject....

i believe he's coming back... and with that i'll say, he's coming back for the whole enchilada...

i've said before , he's too much of a pro to come in half way...

AD is in shape like no other... PERIOD! if you doubt, ask jerod verse... checkmate! mutha fu(&er!!

is he in HIS customary football shape? that's a question i can't answer... only he can, and with that , my only reservation

is he in the shape to be dominant?... in my mind, he never let himself get out of that type of shape...

again... i refer to the jerod verse challenge that failed miserably.... and verse is in pretty good shape himself...

so i will stand by my pre training camp announcement prediction ...he comes in early and wows the onlookers...

and if wrong... i was nobody before, and ill be nobody after... i'm just dying to see the headline, and it can't come too soon...

aaron donald singled up.... christmas coming early for AD...

and all us ramfans...

Been watching old games, focusing on AD. I had kind of forgotten his main superpower was he was so much quicker than everyone around him. He was like lightning and would shock people with how fast things happened. I think as far as his readiness, that’s the element to key in on.

I knew you'd respond with your sensitive cheeks ass. The dickish response mixed in with weak insults is your go to when it hits home. Stop being such a little bitch and just call me an asshole already (a-hole was a nice touch) instead of trying your best to not go more off the rails. Promise you'll feel better. Just know I'm laughing at you each time because of how ridiculous you are.

I hope Donald comes back and is part of the Super Bowl team, but, He's probably the least component of whatever brew it will take. He'll be along for the ride but the pieces are already in place

shit... are you kidding tuma?

donald puts this team on a stratospheric level...

the offense is outrageous...

the defense needed a secondary rework... CHECK!!,,,

and now we are talking a pass rush that give opposing QB's less
then 1.5 seconds to unload with press coverage???!!!

TO city... LA is now TO city.... (TO-"turn over") not the receiver...

welcome back AD...

I’ve rewatched several great videos/highlight reels of AD99 too.
Theres a difference between his last season and a couple years prior—throwing around or running through TWO grown ass men at a time was becoming too difficult.

I know this will not be popular, but I do not want him to come back if it means being a mere mortal.

The next time I see Aaron Donald on the field on game day, I want it to be because he is being honored with a statue out front of SOFI.

Leave his legacy intact.

I doubt his legacy would be impacted whether he comes back or not. It's been reported that AD wants to come back as not just a mere mortal as you say but close to his own high standard. He's earned the right to decide what he wants to do. I'd love to see him back and think he'd still be damn good, but I'd get it if he said, nah nevermind.

I will trust that Donald will not return to the Rams unless he believes he is in top physical condition and still has what it takes to be dominate. I will trust Donald and the Rams front office on this one. Donald at 80% is still at a pro bowl level player and I have a feeling he will be closer to 90% with the improve defense around him. "Let Him Eat".

I think that's the key in his return as well is if he can prove to himself that he's still as quick or at least relatively close. Everyone can stay relatively as strong as they were with age through hard work but it is impossible to stay as fast as you were. It's just an unfortunate fact especially as you go through your 30s/40s. Why I think his appearances at Rams park for a workout was to gauge his quickness through football drills more than anything. See where he's at and then reassess in a month or so after going through heavy training and see if he can back to that quickness level.

What I think gets missed in all this about AD is........the testing, the time on the practice field, the comments from all the media folks, team mates and McVay........HE WANTS TO COME BACK!!! That's not the question and that's awesome. He just wants to be sure he's AD. And I gotta believe, being the workout warrior he is, he'll get to the point he's good enough to come back.
