I think he does come back and will be the same Donald.

However he often takes about 4 games to be clicking on all cylinders.

So be patient.

And cross your fingers we don’t have any key injuries.
I think there may be a bit of a drop-off.
However, if for the first time since his rookie year, he is not being constantly doubled.
And if teams game plan him just like " Mr. regular joe 3 Tech", his production will sure
make it appear as if there was no drop-off whatsoever.

I don’t think we will notice a drop off with Garrett on the line. He’s never had anyone that dominant with him, including Suh on that list

I'm with Farr, who keeps saying he wants to see this if only for the science experiment.

If Donald comes back at 80% of what he was, I honestly see no reason this wouldn't be the best DL of all time.

Older Rams fans saw a great DL. Am I wrong?
I agree. Donald at 80% is better than most DT's in the league. And with our improved backfield you're not gonna have much time to pass.
I can't freaking wait.

The year he had Suh next to him, AD got 20.5 sacks. By far his highest total in his career. And that's with Suh taking it easy in the regular season.

Imagine AD with Garrett tearing shit up next to him.

.

Yes that is pretty much what I was implying.
With Garrett they can't double AD and will have no choice but to do this

That's the Garrett Factor.

So what's better 100% AD with 100% double team... Or 85% AD with 25% double team?
