This is a somewhat decent game, but yeesh...talk like you want to be there. It's so hard to not fall asleep.

Say what you want about Chris Collinsworth or Tony Romo, but at least those guys legit get excited about the game in front of them.

I personally don't mind him. At least he has fun with it. Not drone on like calling a chess match.

It was one of the CBS announcers...kinda of a high-ish voice.

Joe Buck, who when he first got the football gig, put down the St. Louis Rams because he was from St. Louis and did not want to come off bias, but went over the top. Then when they moved from St. Louis back to Los Angeles, he screamed the loudest.

Listen Joseph, be happy your Daddy blessed your with that Olive Oil voice and just announce the damn game.

Yeah - I know a lot of people don’t like him. Might be his voice - he’s really knowledgeable.

I could not stand Phil Sims, to the point where I muted the broadcasts.

Collinsworth's commentary is okay at times but it got bad really fast with that Zach Ertz touchdown when he gave an outspoken opinion about whether he maintained possession or not.

Had issues with Buck back when he lacked emotion on big plays, he has improved since 2011 so I'll definitely give him props for that.

Collinsworth ticked me off in the playoffs, I think it was the Super Bowl, when he starting going off about how an obvious td reception was not a catch. Reminded me of another announcer I dislike, Bob Costas. Like a little girl trying to get her brother in trouble.

I like Collinsworth (no G in it BTW) and Romo is good too and I expect him to get better as he learns.

Simms used to say some really stupid shit and make declarations that made NO sense. Think Madden with late stage dementia. He would say things that were just fucking dumb.

I remember, after a stuffed running play he said something like "If they want to run the ball well they will have to do it better than that".

I personally truly enjoy Romo as a broadcaster. Big time modern knowledge of the game and is excited about the games. High voice is a bit humorous but he's actually the best announcer I can think of. Not even joking.

Dude Collinsworh is another Madden with either saying stupid obvious stuff or going on a rant verbally sucking Tom Bradys balls or anybody similar. He's annoying as they come and I mute his sorry ass.

Collingsworth, don't get it. He annoys the crap out of me. Romo, who I thought I'd hate, along with Steve Smith, good announcers, in my estimation.
