Robinson is big, strong, smart, and he "owns" the ball. He's not a 4.3 guy, but he will make the catch anywhere on the field. If he declares, I would take him over any other WR besides Watkins.

I dunno, he seems like a decent receiver but he doesn't have anything about him that pops out at you that a first round receiver needs. Maybe another Terrance Williams or Reuben Randle, but there's nothing wrong with that.
