You should round it out by making a little passport for him with fake stamps and/or ship him back in a box, and when she opens it have a small piece of luggage with names of all the places he's been on it with him inside. That'll be a fun way to end it.
And have a welcome home party. Obviously.
If you're sending him to a few spots in the UK we can co-ordinate his trip and save you some shipping costs... No point putting him back and forth across the pond multiple times.
