Once more for emphasis.
I hate the Seadicks and their fans more than any of you hate them. I promise. Especially that douche OL guy who pushed Donald down late. #68?

That being said, I just put down all 23,000 of my ROD dollars that the Seadicks will win this Saturday.
I figure if the Cowboys win, I'll have no ROD dollars but the Seadicks will be sent home for the season so that's a very fair trade.
And vice-versa, if I have to witness the Seadicks pulling out another victory with the help of the refs, at least I will have earned an extra $23,000

I'm at the local grocery store this morning picking up stuff when I see one of the employees wearing a Shithawks jacket (he's a cool guy otherwise, but . . .).

I get in line to pay, and behind me is a kid with a Rams hat. I ask the cashier "what's with the Seahawks fan working here?" and he just shrugs, like 'what are you gonna do.' Another cashier says something like: You mean Phil? He has his uses.

Right then, a lady says she dropped a jar of apple sauce, and right away, the second guy looks at me and the kid, and with a shit eating grin, says "watch this," then gets on the PA: "Phil, you got a cleanup in aisle 5."

The kid behind me loses it. :rolllaugh:

Heard something this morning on the local (DAL) sports radio station that was very interesting.

They have a weekly segment with Aikman and he said something along the lines that Carroll has never lost his first playoff game. The streak is like 8 or something?

I tried to verify on the interwebs but couldn't see anything quickly.

If that's the case... more reason why SEA beats DAL. Of course, it could be argued that SEA is due to lose their first at some point.

I just don't believe in DAL.

I just went thru his record and wow.
He’s 6-0 in his 1st playoff game with the Seahawks and was 1-1 with the Patriots, losing 1st round in his 2nd playoff season with them.

Weird thing about the Seahawks is that I liked them as a kid. They were like my AFC underdog team. Jim Zorn, Dave Krieg and Steve Largent were the classic over achievers.
I’m still learning to hate them more and more each year but still pretty much equate them to my hate for the Saints and Falcons. Still a far cry from my hate for San Fran

I think I'm along the same lines... SF is the one for me... can't stand them... always have despised them. Going back to Brody days.

But Carroll makes me want to throw up.

Left SC a mess. Cries like a baby when he doesn't get a call (which is almost every call in his view).

But I have to give him credit. He's a good coach. He pivoted away from the passing game to run-heavy because he knew what was not working. And his revised plan has gotten them into the playoffs. Can't deny that was good coaching... know what works and what doesn't and make the appropriate adjustments.

It's a tough call for me... can't stand DAL (for obvious reasons) but can't stand Carroll. Someone will have to lose... so have that going for me.

Being a long time ram fan and NFL fan, I know for a fact, if you bet on the law of averages you will come out a loser. 17 straight losses to 9ers for example. Did we ever beat the Vikings in the playoffs before GSOT. Comparing Dallas and Seattle, everything is pretty even until you compare coaching and QBs. Seattle wins. And Pete's streak goes to 9.

I’m going lone wolf ( relatively speaking). Cowgirls are going to clobber Seattle, they’ve pretty much been on a roll the entire second half (beside the ambush in Indy)

It’s my lock of the week, maybe I’m missing something here but Seattle can be had

The Monte Carlo fallacy
The longest recorded streak of one color in roulette in American casino history happened in 1943 when the color red won 32 consecutive times.
In a row.....
