I can't wait for draft day because we could get a difference maker again and that is always exciting watching a later round pick or a 1st round (Goff then Verse) really shine. Kupp- Puka - Verse-Karty as some examples. we are also really close to being deep at positions or at least covered in them. who are we going to get? Go Rams.

I love the draft because it’s all about what might be. I’ll hate seeing who I think should be a Ram go to our rivals but that just brings me back to Earth letting me know that I don’t know. It’s a great set up to the upcoming season. We are going to the Super with another great draft!

Jon Alston's 4.40 forty remains one of the fastest by any Linebacker in the history of the NFL Combine.

Alston had two tackles as a Ram before being waived prior to his 2nd season.

As bad as Joe Klopfenstein was, he was actually a much better Tight End than Dominique Byrd.

And, YES ... there is an "F" in Klopfenstein.

I'm always very interested in the draft because it's seeing and getting to know the next round of young talent. Seeing the direction the coach and GM want the rest to go and how these players change the team.

Even the MLB draft is fun to me even though you might not ever see most of the players picked there. Unless you live in a minor league team city.

I’ll watch R1. If Rams trade out of R1 I’ll watch R2/R3 as Rams will have 3-4 picks. Beyond that I’ll track via draft tracker. Last time I was blown away be a Rams draft was when they picked Tavon and Ogeltree in R1. Boy was I a sucker.

Aside from that, it’s drama and everyone gets to play along and give their take(mock drafts etc).

Actually it's a good mouth for me. I became partially retired (assuming the market doesnt continue to crater), then we have the draft in two weeks. Then in 3 weeks, my son gets married to a terrific young lady.

I told my son that he is lucky his wedding day didn't fall on draft weekend, or I would be constantly be checking my phone...he probably would as well.
