Ravens, Dallas Clark agree to terms
The Ravens have added yet another veteran pass catcher, agreeing to terms with tight end Dallas Clark on Sunday, the club announced.
The 34-year-old Clark improves the Ravens’ depth at a position where they have lost Dennis Pitta (hip) for the season and are without Ed Dickson (hamstring) in the short term.
An 11th-year pro, Clark has caught 474 passes for 5,322 yards and 50 touchdowns, with his best seasons coming with Indianapolis, for whom he played from 2003 through 2011. Ravens offensive coordinator Jim Caldwell was the head coach in Indianapolis for Clark’s final three seasons with the club.
Clark (6-3, 252) caught 47 passes for 435 yards and four TDs for the Buccaneers in 2012, playing all 16 games.
