I bet your “best of Air Supply” cassette is still stuck in that thing.

Funny you should say that. One of my girlfriends was a huge fan. My Panasonic deck actually did eat that fucking cassette.

I actually am surprised there was nothing about 8 tracks in that list.

20/20 for me too

Used to work in Shipping / Freight so used Telex a number of times before Fax

All 20. I was the guy who ordered all all the parts for an engine rebuilding company back in the 80's. Every day I'd call 5 to 10 companies for some orders we had in the shop. It was old school. That rotary phone drove me nuts. Most numbers were 800 numbers. I'd be almost done dialing and finger would slip and I'd have to start over. I was so glad when the owner finally ponied up for a touch button system with memory dialing.

My elementary school principal had a ring around the tip of his index finger. Ole Forest Woods would dial up your parents at the drop of a hat. At least I don't think it was only from calling my parents.

20.

Dictionary I was given one at some point. Postcard I only got because when we were on a family vacation as a kid I bugged the shit out of my mom to let me mail one to myself and see if it or us made it back to the house first. The postcard beat us... good ole days back when United Postal Service didn't suck ass.
