49's fans are also extremely arrogant winners. That was really an extra kick in the junk. And to be outnumbered while they are partying in our house. Not cool. I recently thought the Seahawks were our most hated rival. Well, the 49's just jumped back into first position. We all celebrate a win, but, these guys are over the top and just relish our agony and love to rub our face in the crap. Not a good ride home on the metro. Still talking crap. I really hope they somehow have the wheels fly off the bus soon and we beat them the next game.
They are the worst.
When I was in a hiring position a long time ago I would pass on hiring Whiner fans.
They have always been our biggest rivals by the way.

Dude, last year on the path to the SB opposing fans outnumbered Rams fans each and every week.

Each and every week. Without fail, every single week.

The fans in LA have proven one thing.

They aren't that interested.

Win or lose they just don't care.

When the new stadium is built it'll get worse because fans will want to travel to see it and tickets will be available aplenty.

Today's crowd was about 2/3 fans of the 49ers.

Do you see that improving?

I don't!

I do.

I'm having a rare moment of optimism...

I hope his fortune goes under. He tried building section 8 housing in stl metro after he left.
You know how that works? You set up free housing. Get paid to keep it in order. But instead you Just let it go to shit, and reep in the cash flow while destroying an area.

Sorry that I don’t think that he’s a good guy and deserves luck to go his way.
It’s not a city rivalry. It’s pretty evident judging from the amount of 9ers fans today, LA fans should be embarrassed.
It was probably an uncomfortable environment for the fans that did go.
You know what that means? Less Rams fans will go bc they were harassed by other fans the last time they went.

You remember the 99 rams fans. The dome was sold out until we were constantly a top 10 pick.
It was a bad decision That was based off greed.

I agree that Kroenke isn't the most moral person around.

Then again, I hated our last owner as well. Remember, it was Kroenke that helped engineer the move to St. Louis. And that was for money, too.

Kroenke's business dealings are the stuff of nightmares, so you'll get no argument from me on that front.

And I agree that the Rams should be embarrassed about this ticket situation. When one is happy to sell to anyone who'll pay the highest price, then this is what happens.

My point is that revisiting St. Louis doesn't change anything and will only upset the mods who have to be 12 past tired of dealing with it.

I'm also not one to wish misfortune on anyone else. I think that invites Karma to kick oneself in the groin with a steel-toed boot and, quite honestly, I've had enough of that for ten lifetimes... so we'll just have to agree to disagree on that point.

That’s cool man. I’m sure you wished the 9ers lost today.
That got us all kicked in the nuts.

I love the rams, but I’m not going to root. Kranokee.
What happens when this team has no fan base and can’t fill seats to a multi billion dollar stadium?

Dude paid upfront for a bunch of corvettes and can’t afford the maintenance.
Now we have a running back that can’t run, 2 8digit receivers, a 30+ million dollar quarterback that has 2 seconds to throw the ball, and a budget offensive line that’s going to lose its best part next year.
And they never have a home game. At what point do players just not want to play here?

Lol that’s fucking bullshit. I was there for most of them and LA was buzzing with the rams.

That’s a even better point. Sorry man I’m not trying to be a dick. Today was just embarrassing. Bums me out.

No worries. I think today was a really rude dose of reality and considering how lofty our expectations were, the landing was hard on everyone...

I went to the cowboys playoff game and there were more cowboys fans
Yes there’s a lot of raiders, 49ers, and cowboys fans in california and LA. For the most part though the coliseum was packed with rams fans for every home game. The worst I saw it was with the cowboys and 49ers.

Also, especially as a result of the new mega stadiums, it's far cheaper to watch the 9ers and Cowboys at the Coliseum as opposed to their new digs.

and Levi Stadium is apparently a crappy venue to watch a ballgame.

So considering that the Cowboys train here and the 9ers are just up the coast, it's not surprising to see Angelenos embrace them when the Rams were in St Louis.

That said, there's enough Rams fans in LA that we could fill that bowl, but we don't. That's the sad part, especially for those of us who aren't close.

So after I enhanced my calm after the game via wine. I did a little research and found a very enlightening article on brokers

Big business for sure.

I went to the Tampa Bay game 2 weeks ago
And their seemed to be more Bucs fans than Ram fans as well. I really really really dont think the Los Angeles Rams will ever truly have a home field advantage-and that hurts me like hell to say..Fans of other teams come down for a mini vacation the weekend their team plays the Rams and takes over the stadium. And if the Rams play the 49ers, Cowboys or Raiders most of those fans live here anyways. The only team in the NFL the Rams would have a true HFA against would be the Chargers. Maybe the Jags too.

It is strange since after consecutive seasons of 11 and 13 wins and making the Super Bowl the support in the seats is discouraging. This team has some exciting weapons on both sides of the ball. I hadn't considered after the new stadium is built but you might be right.

Look at the tweet I just posted. It's hard to watch.

It has nothing to do with the stadium the 49ers play in, and they are a 6 hour drive or so away which means they have to incur the cost of a hotel, plus the gas and additional food. So it's not cheaper.

The Cowboys training in the area doesn't mean much.

What about the other fans that pack that stadium when their team comes to town? Why are there THAT many tickets available?

Fans not showing up after a team went to the playoffs after an 11 win season and then a Super Bowl after a 13 win season can only mean one thing.

There are in fact not enough Rams fans to fill the stadium. After 3 full seasons and several games into the 4 season I think it's safe to say LA doesn't care very much about the Rams.

Enough with this lunacy, there are plenty of Ram fans in Los Angeles, it will never be Philadelphia, Cleveland or even Baltimore, but that's just fine.

You're going to see other teams fans in the stands, that is just way it is, last year, they won no issue and going forward winning trumps and will silence everyone.

@den-the-coach why aren't they coming to the games?

Only 7 games in LA this year and..........well you saw the Tweet I posted.

Fuck I'm surprised the grounds crew didn't paint the 49ers logo at midfield while the teams were in the locker rooms.

I get it, opposing fans will travel, especially from cold weather cities. But yesterday was ridiculous.

I get it, opposing fans will travel, especially from cold weather cities. But yesterday was ridiculous.

Just can't get upset over it, it happened all of the time and was one of the reasons that John Shaw moved them was because Shaw felt there was too much to do, but if you provide them with a quality team and venue, they will come.

Overall with the new venue coming in 2020, we will get a better understanding and I guess I have become immune over this debate throughout the years.

Seems this is always a great debate with this franchise and it's the only team that was penalized for the noise from their fan base for a false start, when the St. Louis Cardinals had won a baseball game, when they were in St. Louis.

Again it's just the way California is and as the Rams evolve and reconnect with this fan base, it will get better.
