Being a fan for a very long time I live with the wins and losses. Some hirt more than others.
Today stung a lot. The game itself was hard to watch at times and seeing that stadium in a sea of red really stung.
The players have to be disheartened to not get a true home field advantage. The die hard fans that attend have to be pissed off at this point.
A rivalry game and the niners had home field advantage in our stadium.
Way too many tickets sold to opposing fans to think it is an accident.
People are buying them to sell period.
If they weren't they would give them to those that cannot attend otherwise.
There are plenty of kids that would love to attend games.
New Stadium next year if you are a fan and buy SSLs either show up or make sure someone who would like to attend but cannot afford to gets a chance if you cannot go.
Do not let today happen at the new digs.

Unfortunately, NFL tickets make a good investment if they're good seats, so there will be PLENTY of assholes who buy them just to sell them.

Which sucks. They should require the person to attend or they should have to surrender them to the team. If they are sold, they can be reimbursed the face price of the ticket.

This crap has got to stop.

YOU KNOW there were fans who would have gone and even moreso in the new stadium next year...

my Navy son drove up from San Diego to see the game.

For a kid that grew up in Arkansas, loving the Rams, he’s trying to see all the games that he can while he’s in California...I would too.

The Rams have a massive amount of tickets that are owned by brokers. They aren't giving them to any kids.

So when you say that "people sold them to opposing fans" you aren't wrong, but those people selling them aren't Rams fans. It's a business.

It's gonna take awhile for the Rams to establish themselves the same way the Dodgers and Lakers currently are. LA is full of transplants and the Whiners' success from the past allowed them to grow like weeds here

I believe teams help season ticket holders resell their tickets.

What I said is how it's supposed to work, iirc, but brokers buy the season tix and stub hub and others are doing quite well.

Plenty of season ticket holders will say "I'm buying 8 in order to see 5".

Sucks, but that's the fruit of pricing the fans out.

I was there, and yes, waaaaaay too many 49's fans. I know we've worn it out here, but, this was embarrassing. Thanks to the diehards who did come out.

When I went to the Saints game I went with no tickets knowing it wouldn’t be a problem.
Coliseum is huge for one thing.
Not bad seats either.
Was about 75-80% Ram fans.

That’s just the kind of city LA is. Very transit. Ppl from all over.
If could buy tickets and flip them for a couple hundred more to pay for my outrageous rent, and I didn’t really care about the team. I would. They should of kept the team in ST.Louis. The dome would of been sold out with rams fans after a winning season.
Kranokee deserves to have a losing team. With no fans in the seats and an overpriced stadium that’s having trouble with its tenants. Hope that dude goes under.

I put this in another thread, but I’ll put it here too. The vast majority of the 49er fans at the game today are from LA/SoCal. I grew up in SF and am a huge Giants fan. The only reason I’m not a 49er fan is because I went to Cal for undergrad and law school, and I’m a true blue - so when the 9ers didn’t draft Rodgers and then talked badly about him, I quit the 9ers. I’ve been living in LA for over a decade now, and a recent Ram fan (especially with them drafting Goff). With that said, I thought I’d meet fellow San Franciscans at the game - nope. Every 9er fan I spoke to is a 9er/Dodger fan. I’m not surprised. The NFL was gone from LA for 20 years. People here had to choose a team, and they went with the one with more history and glory. It’s going to take some time to win over LA completely. The key is winning. There are too many things to do and teams to watch here to follow a mediocre team. On the bright side, the area we have our season tickets all had the usual season ticket holders. And we all bought PSLs for the new stadium. Many of us are in it for the long, expensive, haul. Hopefully, more and more of these LA 9er fans will turn into Rams fan - but we have to win to do that.

Even in a vent thread, this would be over the top.

And that whole city rivalry thing isn't really tolerated around here.

Lastly, it's football. Wishing someone dead isn't cool.

This year? yes.

Long term, I don't think so as I still have faith in McVay and the FO to right this.

Dude, last year on the path to the SB opposing fans outnumbered Rams fans each and every week.

Each and every week. Without fail, every single week.

The fans in LA have proven one thing.

They aren't that interested.

Win or lose they just don't care.

When the new stadium is built it'll get worse because fans will want to travel to see it and tickets will be available aplenty.

Today's crowd was about 2/3 fans of the 49ers.

Do you see that improving?

I don't!

49's fans are also extremely arrogant winners. That was really an extra kick in the junk. And to be outnumbered while they are partying in our house. Not cool. I recently thought the Seahawks were our most hated rival. Well, the 49's just jumped back into first position. We all celebrate a win, but, these guys are over the top and just relish our agony and love to rub our face in the crap. Not a good ride home on the metro. Still talking crap. I really hope they somehow have the wheels fly off the bus soon and we beat them the next game.

I hope his fortune goes under. He tried building section 8 housing in stl metro after he left.
You know how that works? You set up free housing. Get paid to keep it in order. But instead you Just let it go to shit, and reep in the cash flow while destroying an area.

Sorry that I don’t think that he’s a good guy and deserves luck to go his way.
It’s not a city rivalry. It’s pretty evident judging from the amount of 9ers fans today, LA fans should be embarrassed.
It was probably an uncomfortable environment for the fans that did go.
You know what that means? Less Rams fans will go bc they were harassed by other fans the last time they went.

You remember the 99 rams fans. The dome was sold out until we were constantly a top 10 pick.
It was a bad decision That was based off greed.
