Fully expect this to be the final season for Higbee and Havenstein ... plus, Darious Williams and Parkinson.

Combined, those 4 carry a $40M cap hit this season. That's 4 of the 8 highest cap amounts on the Rams.

The contacts of Higbee and Havenstein are expiring ... But ... they will both be on the Rams' 2026 cap for another $9M based on Void years (way to spread out the cap hit). Whitworth counted against the Rams' cap for an additional two years after he retired.

Plus Higbee and Havenstein will be 33 and 34 years old next year.

Williams (33 next year) and Parkinson are under contract for 2026, with a combined cap hit of almost $19M. They are likely to be released because that would create almost $15M of cap space, with just 3.2M in Dead-$.
Might as well add Tutu's 10 million dollar contract while we're at it because he won't be here either. That makes it a $50M cap hit this season!

Yes. Atwell is in the top-8, along with the four mentioned above.

The three biggest Rams' cap hits for this season are Stafford, Dotson and Adams.

There is another $50M in Dead-$ for Kupp, Donald, Noteboom and Jonah Jackson.

It could be his last season, but like it or not he's our best blocking TE and he's done some good things. He definitely had a tough game in the UK and all on 3rd down in the 2nd half. Made the third down efficiency look worse than it really was.

1. Dropped pass
2. Dropped pass
3. Fell down on a passing route (caused an incompletion)

We also have the leagues 20th ranked rushing attack so I'm a bit skeptical as to his blocking prowess this year. We need to get Ferguson more involved following the bye and slowly fade his slow ass out of there. But thanks for the years of dedication to the team, you've been paid accordingly to this point.

Keep in mind the running game is not a philosophy for McVay... never has and never will be. He uses the run to set up the pass. And we average about 4.5 yards per carry which is more than good enough for the type of offense the Rams execute.
