Lynch was a guy who hit hard and the announcers loved to talk about while guys were literally beating their brains out.

The NFL Hall of very good has been a joke for years. The politics, the ambiguity of who qualifies, and the "we'll create a category to let in guys who otherwise couldnt" have just made the whole thing laughable and not worthy of upset.
