That is as impressive an act of customer service that I have witnessed. Kevin Demoff is a class act! I'm glad he is the one running our front office.

I reserve man crushes for manly men with facial hair, Jeff Fisher, Brockzilla,Magnum PI, The Dude,and Sam Bam Elliot,but I like Demoff ,I like him a lot , you hate him compared to how much I like him.
 
That's really nice of Demoff. No one told him to post here, that is awesome.
