Was a heads up play by the defender, tho.
 
I've hated the whiners as long as I've been a Rams fan, no team can pass them as my most hated. New england has gotten pretty damn close though.

Seems the refs are trying to bail out the 9ers... pretty sure they want playoff games in that new stadium...

Was thinking the same thing, the contact to his helmet didnt look all that bad. The defender basically took a helmet to the chest to avoid the penalty.
