Everybody wants to pile on Morris and DeCamillis but it's McVay that chooses them. It's McVay that decides what groceries Snead needs to buy. But every time you question those two guys you get shit on for doing it around here unfortunately. Our slow starts and our coordinator issues are squarely on McVay and he needs to fix things or this will be another wasted year fast.

Personally you have to start at the top, McVay could use some help. I know he has lost talent and can't be blamed for that. He needs a wise and knowledgeable assistant to balance him.
