The Rams front office had the same impression most of us did about how good this team was. The first 7 games created a feeling of greatness and I think that is why Sneed went even more "All In" with Von and OBJ.

Unfortunately the Rams were not as good as we all thought and the addition of other players along with Woods being gone and the regression of Kupp + Stafford = a bad team that will only win 2 more games this year.

I predict the Rams miss the playoffs to the 49ers and Cardinals in the division. We come in at 3rd place right above the Seahawks.

Folks, it’s time to take a hard look at Snead and McVay.

Do we think, with the resources they have, they’ll be able to get this group over the top?

My answer is no.
No, not the way this team is being run. I don't know why McVay is still so hell bent on calling offense or why he hired Morris and Decamilis. You have a team stacked with talent but is all for nothing if you have fools misusing your assets. And that's exactly what we have, a bunch of fools as coordinators running this team into the ground.

Now that Scott missed INT is looking big. Coulda saves 3 points. But if the offense keeps going 3 and out it really doesn't matter.

I feel like this team lost its spunk when position coaches left town. Its becoming more apparent every game…

Time for green bay to tee off on Stafford. Rams 3 and out?

Can this team catch a fucking break - Jesus?
Still love ya rammies!

Offense isn’t great either.

Everybody wants to pile on Morris and DeCamillis but it's McVay that chooses them. It's McVay that decides what groceries Snead needs to buy. But every time you question those two guys you get shit on for doing it around here unfortunately. Our slow starts and our coordinator issues are squarely on McVay and he needs to fix things or this will be another wasted year fast.
You're absolutely right. And I tried making this exact point saying McVay the OC can be good to great at times but McVay the HC leaves MUCH to be desired. He just doesn't make good decisions. From his inability to relinquish play calling duties to hiring a guy like Morris. His mistakes cost the team in so many ways.

A lot of it is.
Point is he says the same shit every press conference, yet nothing changes. Words start to ring hollow. Just like when you say "we not me" then you ship out players like DJax who's putting up huge numbers in LV, or Kenny Young who's playing the best football of his career just to let Troy Reeder start because your 3rd round ILB isnt good enough to beat him out and you spent your 2nd round pick on a 5th WR who's 150lbs and shouldn't be in the NFL.

This franchise is in absolute shambles and majority of the blame should be on McVay.

Right now they look to me to be about the same as last year's team. Except I wouldn't bet that we could win a wild card game on the road.

LETS FACE REALITY. MCVAY SIMPLY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO ADJUST DURING A GAME. MORRIS CAN'T ADJUST

ANOTHER TURN OVER GAME OVER! SPECIAL TEAMS SUCK FIRE DECAMILLIS TOO

Just put Kupp back there and have him fair catch everything unless he has grass for days, in which case he can run but slide and give himself up well before contact. It's sadly the best option we have. Nobody can return punts. We're more likely to fumble than make a positive play.
Or get a penalty
