I'm pretty sure Gay has enough leg for it. Pretty much all NFL kickers do. Maybe they want to try and limit the return? Penalties happen more on returns than most plays. Myself, I'd rather just kick it thru and not give a chance for a big return.

Game similar to last yr thus far. They are dropping guys into coverage forcing Stafford to hold the ball longer, taking away deep shots. Need the run game to keep the LBs honest at least. They finally did that on the last drive.
