Bullshit, only if you think a teams success lies solely in draft picks, which it clearly does not.
That's about the only thing i got right in preseason, that the Bucs would be much improved.

I think if we had a QB, this would be a different story. But our team's success lies in finding a QB. Yes, there's a possibility that we find that guy via FA or trade. And if so, great. But odds are, we'll have to find him via the draft. And the further down we go in the first round, the tougher it'll be to find that guy.

Going to really interesting to watch how this QB issue is resolved in the off season. Rams traded for two vets last off season & drafted one & came up empty in regular season. wonder what the right combination will be?
Agree on the draft but it wouldn't hurt to put Mannion in there for the last 3 games.You just never know he might be a diamond in the rough,at this point we have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
I would rather win out and have the team feeling they are close and our free agents wanting to stay than getting, what, a draft slot 5 to 9 picks higher. We have an extra 2nd rnd pick to move up if we have to.
On the other hand, losing out would be demoralizing for the team and it's off season psychy.
