Self-destructive so far on our side. Two turnovers, dumb penalties, poor contain on a qb you have to contain, etc. Stafford has looked off today as well.

That said, this Cards team is for real. A bit like us: great offense, lots of weapons, but especially through the air. Better defensively after 3 game (9th or so in yards allowed - we're 18th or so).

bad play call on 2nd... but kupp was open there if stafford threw a good pass.
Higbee was probably open top of end zone too if he wanted it. Hopefully Stafford takes a few deep breaths at halftime and comes out focused.

Cards converted 2 Ram turnovers into 14 points. Maximum punishment. Sigh.

McVay needs to run the damned ball and let Stafford settle down. Cards apparently can’t defend the run. Punish them.

Field goals ain't going to cut it.

Cardinals have entry of time a turnover is needed!!!

As much as I love the Stafford Kupp love affair Woods seems to be an after thought. Jefferson Higbee and Woods just there. I don't think he just forgot how to get open.

1st half takeaways for myself...

1. Cards are a good fucking team and came to play.
2. Cards QB dropped dimes all over the field.
3. Morris called the game like shit.
4. Long and Rapp look terrible.
5. Stafford missed a bunch of throws that were there.
6. WRs (Kupp) dropped a bunch of throws that were good.
7. Running game is there for us but if the defense can't tighten up it's not gonna matter.

Thirteen points by the offense is not bad for a half. But when you turn it over 2x and your defense looks outmatched it's bad.

Still think this is winnable if the defense tightens up and the offense relaxes a bit.

What’s mcvays record when trailing at the half ?
