Carolina might have a better defense then Denver. Old man Manning isn't nearly as effective as Palmer. I just don't see it happening.

Yes, Carolina will be favored for sure but two weeks prep changes things. Denver has the D to pull the upset. Manning has the experience and savvy to pull it off. He does have some weapons at his disposal. I think it will be an entertaining game. I don't know who I'm picking to win yet.
