that booger is such a fuckhead. yeah the guy was trying to block a guy chasing his qb, what was he thinking?

and typical, the nfl brings in a rule for player safety and the refs have no idea how to enforce it correctly. how is it a blindside block when the guy is looking straight at him?

One of the rules geek former officials said that was a bad call he didn't lead with his head and shoulders or some such and it's one thing several people are going to suggest in the off season gets changed.

Rules change aside, how is it that refs are not aware of big game impact of those types of calls. If you're going to change momentum with a call it should be blatant, generally speaking.

If I ran the refs the lead for that crew would be answering the bell on that one. And guys like that, who don't have the awareness you want and ability to think in that situation, should not be playoff refs.
