Being the early game here and falling on daylight savings, going with a brunch of eggs, bacon, bagels, lox, herring, hash browns, and mimosas.

Just making some homemade burgers today. Nothing fancy. Will do a Philly-style cheese sauce and coleslaw and onion rings too.

I've been on call last couple of days so not been able to drink, so there will be beer today.

And motherfucking victory scotch.

Playing the Green Bay Packers I think about My Grandfather and Vincent Thomas Lombardi. My Grandfather worked for the Government and was at West Point quite often and had the privilege of meeting Lombardi several times and could not say enough great things about him. Even though my Grandfather was a Giant fan, it was God, the Pope & Lombardi in that order.

So in the memory of my Grandfather and being that I am one now, I will be preparing one of his favorite dishes an Italian classic because the fact Lombardi was Italian factored in too.

Spaghetti & meatballs with home made garlic bread.

It got cold in south FL overnight, temps down into the upper 60's, so Mrs. BigRamFan is making us so comfort food!
You Floridan's amuse me, maybe you can sit by the fire to warm up. Chicken Soup, that is always a nice meal, but I honestly don't think I have ever consumed it, when it was 60 degrees.

I've been traveling this weekend so I am not sure that I am going to be cooking today.

Wife told me Jersey Mike's has free delivery today.

The big kahuna with bacon is always good.

Leftover pizza and the remnants of a refrigerator box wine that would make Den cry for his mother.

Going back to my Rhode Island roots...
Made a pizza w/anchovies... (In case the game gets a little salty!)

If I was doing a sub, it'd be a "grinder" with Italian meats/cheese, shredded lettuce and oil/vinegar!
