Chud.
Similar offense to what we have already.
As others have said, he's been successful with little to work with.

Gase is tough to get a read on. Peyton has a history of calling his own plays.
Was Peyton running the offense or was Gase. Whoever it was didn't do a very good job the second half of the season at times.

Van Pelt is an unknown. Great offense in GB with Rodgers.
Without Rodgers? I'm not sure.

Hopefully, Chud is the reason Fisher was sitting on his hands the past couple of weeks.

Sure sounds like from this board that Chudzinki is going to be the Rams next OC which sounds like a great move for the Rams! But, I will not be disappointed if it is Chudzinski (Thanks to you guys, he is now my top choice!), Gase, Mike Shanahan OR Mike Martz (I think he would definitely bring in some exitement to the Rams offense and it sounds like he has kept up with the game and the players!).

This whole thread has been dominated by Chud... Guess I'll break the chain and go with Gase... Not that I really know much about the two. I like his resume tho, but then again he worked with a future HOFer at QB. Sure he could pass on some of that knowledge on to Bradford and the rest of the offense.

Van Pelt time we try something different. Thinking outside the box

Here's why it's Chud for me:
1. Chud runs an Air Coryell system which means the verbiage won't be too much of a change from Schotty's system.
2. Chud is known for being willing to change his system to suit the talent on his team...for example, running the read option when Newton was in Carolina.
3. Chud is known for being an amazing TE Coach and his system is known for getting the most out of athletic TEs...hello Jared Cook.
4. Chud's system is good at making use of big WRs...hello Quick and Britt.

CHud.
Gase reminds me of a Josh McDaniels like disaster. No.

Chud all the way, Gase has had 3 interviews iirc, and all of them have turned away and basically ran from him. That's not a good sign. Besides, how much of that is him and how much is Peyton making everyone involved better.

agree.
Chud reminds me of Norv Turner.
Which is who I've wanted for some time now.
With Turner in Minnesota, Chud is the next best thing.

I vote Chud for the same reason here. Chud is as close to Norv Turner, who is as close to Mike Martz as we can get.

Chud. I want either of the two. They run the same system as Schotty, so the learning curve will be small for the offense.

Chud is the safe choice for Fish. The no-brainer type fit.

Gase might be special as a game planner. Martz's comments on how he is a guy who creates is a big, big positive.

The most creative guys are the coordinators with the highest ceiling. Gase has that type of ceiling IMO but might not be ready yet.

If I am Fish, I want a proven guy right now. We aren't gonna need amazing offense to get into the playoffs. Rams need an OC who is a good teacher, and with Chud everything stacks in his favor.

Of those the Rams have shown interest in, Chud is clearly the strongest option. He is almost surely #1 on Fish's list.
