in 30 years of watching football, that is by far the weakest roughing the passer pentalty I have ever seen. OMG.
 
What the FUCK was THAT penalty about? Quinn barely touched the QB, and he certainly wasn't anywhere near his head!

Why? Why is it that we get these ridiculous penalties that have no business being called, every - single - game?
 
Okay, moreso than any other penalty on the Rams this season, I am livid.
