Tonight has a menu of The Rock's cheat day pancakes and Snoop Dog's billionaire bacon. I wanted something else but significant other had (other) plans.

I was just thinking Sunday night probably deserves a pretty good meal.

Face the Eagles. . . ok . . .

Oh I think I'll make Philly Cheese steaks.

I am going to check out the local Asian food mart for thinly sliced cuts of beef!

Little beef tallow on the grill, throw on the meat, then then the cheese, lastly the bun to steam a bit/toast a bit - scoop up all the ingredients, flip, and serve.

The game starts at 01:20 here, so it’s way too late for a full meal. Might just have a Pot Noodle.

Do you get these in the US?

Not with that horrendous spelling of flavor!

Not in CA to my knowledge. Warehouses and other markets get a ton of different flavoured ramen and noodles though.

Gonna do up some santa fe chicken sandwiches (of Carl's Junior fame). We have a can of those green chiles from New Mexico, which are amazing, and the wife is planning on cracking it for Saturday's dinner. For Sunday I'll use the ones left over on the sandwiches. I have some chicken filets I'm gonna pound to a nice thickness, and the recipe for the sauce. Just gotta grill them. Got the buns.

Then some of the thin french fries we get from Walmart, which don't have salt on them. Put those in the air fryer for 18 minutes and they're incredible and also healthy. It's amazing.

We're gonna do some Korean style chicken tacos for the early games. I'll have to record the Rams game and watch after work tomorrow. The Vicctory Scotch will need to wait till Monday night.

Going to do a bunch of apps and a nice beer or wine. We have charcuterie, scorpion pepper salami, olives, crackers, wings, artichoke dip, brie, and aged white cheddar. May have to loosen a belt buckle.

Going with a Charcuterie with a few nice stouts and an imperial porter.

The picture doesn't show the apple, pear, and a couple other things.

Eh, didn't feel like cooking. Just got some chicken tenders from Popeye's. Might have a bowl of Holy Toledo dessert. Its a good dessert we always make for Thanksgiving. I thought I'd make a batch today so I don't forget how I make it on Thursday. I use softened vanilla ice cream. Mix a package of vanilla pudding with it in the stand mixer. Mix melted butter with Ritz crackers for a bottom crust. Spread the ice cream mixture in a glass dish. Spread Cool Whip topping. Sprinkle more crushed Ritz over the top. Its really good and doesn't need to be frozen. Its keeps just fine in the fridge.
